Here's the list of Meme Combat 4.0 Changelog:

Added full PS/Xbox controller support(If you play on android, I recommend you to use a new device with an up-to-date android version and avoid using any PS4 controller with bluetooth connection, if possible).

Added "2 Player Mode", where you can play with your friends offline on the same device (Requires 2 controllers, PS/Xbox, also I recommend again to use a Laptop/PC for getting the best experience).

Added the ability to change offline match timer for both single player and 2 player mode.

Added an arrow which shows in which setting you are (For controllers only).
